Weaving Threads of Wellbeing Workshop

A therapeutic workshop for those who care (deeply)

A therapeutic arts workshop for those who care deeply; caregivers, parents and guardians, mothers, family members, those who work in caring roles, such as nurses, allied health professionals, support workers, community workers and therapists.

Your dedication to caring for others is truly inspiring!

We also know that it often can come at an expense to your own wellbeing…

That’s why we’re excited to invite you to a special event designed just for you!

Our Weaving Threads of Wellbeing workshop is giving back to givers, offering a safe space for creativity, reflection, processing experiences, connecting with other caregivers and reconnecting with self to uncover a journey towards wellbeing.

Uncover your unique journey towards balance…

You know the profound fulfillment that comes from supporting others. But with that commitment often comes a heavy toll on your own wellbeing. It’s time to turn the care inward and nurture the person who holds everyone together.

Our Weaving Threads of Wellbeing workshop is giving back to givers, offering you a restorative space for reflection, creative processing and self-connection.

Weaving Threads of Wellbeing a transformative 3-hour workshop designed specifically for compassionate caregivers like you.

Through the ancient art of weaving, we will create a tangible representation of the balance between care for others and care for self. Using the loom as a metaphor, we will explore how the warp of your responsibilities and the weft of your self-care can create a harmonious tapestry of wellbeing.

Guided by our experienced somatic arts therapists, Ashleigh Marlow, you’ll engage in creative arts therapy prompts, reflection, and discussion.

Together, we’ll unravel the threads of burnout, untangle the knots of guilt, and weave a new pattern that includes space for your passions, joy, and rest.

Whether you’re struggling to set boundaries, manage stress, or simply need a space to breathe, Weaving Threads of Wellbeing offers you the tools, strategies, and community support to reclaim your balance and resilience.
